How to Style a "Build-Your-Own" Mimosa Bar with Minimalist Trays

The mimosa bar is a staple of brunch culture, but for a high-end gathering, it needs to move away from the "DIY" feel and toward a "Curation Bar." At Opal Party, we use Minimalist Trays and a palette of Pearl White and Light Purple to create a station that is as organized as it is beautiful.
The "Foundation" Trays Use large Pearl White trays to define the functional areas: one for glassware, one for juices, and one for garnishes. By grouping items on trays, you prevent the "clutter" of bottles and bowls on the table, maintaining a clean, high-end silhouette for your Dining & Entertaining station.
Elevated Juice Decanters Swap plastic bottles for glass carafes. Use Stationery & Labels in pearl-white cardstock to identify the juices—"Lavender-Infused Grapefruit" or "White Peach Puree." Tying a small Light Purple silk ribbon around the neck of each carafe adds a soft, boutique touch.
The Garnish "Gallery" Instead of messy fruit bowls, use small Storage Tins or minimalist jewelry trays to hold clean, dried garnishes. Sprigs of fresh lavender and dehydrated lemon wheels look much more sophisticated when presented in a structured, white-on-white "Garnish Gallery."
